A couple’s process is a therapeutic journey designed for partners to reconnect, deepen their bond, and resolve relationship challenges through shared experiences, emotional exploration, and guided self-discovery.
If you are feeling stuck in your relationship and want to renew your connection, perhaps the spark in your relationship has faded and you want to reignite the energy for a renewed connection, or maybe you are in a good place together but want to deepen your bond further, the Couple’s Life Reset Process is a joint journey in which you will write your life memories to clear emotions from your past, gain many insights about yourselves, and perhaps most significantly, reconnect through this journey you will go through together.
In the Couple’s Life Reset Process, both of you will write your life memories from your childhood to the present day, so you can release any memories that hold you back and that you no longer need.
You will share some of your memories with each other, even those you have forgotten, to create a deeper sense of security and intimacy in your relationship.
The power of connection in a couple’s process comes from sharing things you have seen, done, and experienced in your lives, from childhood to the present. This sharing involves a deep emotional part within us that allows for exposure and vulnerability, which is only possible through the sharing of memories and things that have happened to us. Our memories in life are a very personal and intimate part of us, and when we share them within the process, they allow us to release blockages and open our hearts.
The Couple’s Life Reset Process is essentially simultaneous couple and individual therapy, and a significant leap forward in your personal and relationship lives.
How is it done?
Through close guidance (via Zoom), you will write your life memories for one hour a day for 12 days. This is not writing your stories, but rather the essence of them and the small things you saw throughout your life, using the special writing technique of the Life Reset Process. In this way, all the memories surface on their own, and you don’t need to put effort into remembering anything.
The process causes you to remember memories of things and places you haven’t thought about in decades.
During the meetings we will have throughout the process, while writing, you will share with each other small memories from various moments in your lives, only what you want to share and nothing more (it turns out that it’s the simplest and most ordinary things in life that are best to share). These sharings will allow you to discover each other in ways you never imagined. The sharing experience will reveal sides of each other that you have yet to discover, and even about yourselves.
After the writing is complete, there are 2 more stages that will take an average of 4 days, through which you will complete the release of negative emotions attached to your past memories and perform together in the final stage the closing ceremony of the Life Reset Process, where you part with your past that no longer serves you.
In the Couple’s Life Reset Process, you get 2 results: One is a mental cleansing from your past to be more connected to the present moment, and the second is a renewed connection to your relationship through this shared journey into your lives and each other.

For the process, you will need to write your life memories for at least one hour each day.

Timing:
A meeting every day for 12 days. If a writing meeting is skipped for any reason, there is no make-up on another day. You can write on your own during the day at any stage that is convenient for you.
Guidance meeting – an hour and a half
Writing session – an hour and a half (half an hour of sharings and meditation, then an hour of writing).
The first guidance meeting is two and a half hours. In the other 2 guidance meetings, you can write at any other time of the day on your own.
