What is The Life Reset retreat?

The Life Reset Process is a powerful writing method designed to help you revisit, reprocess, and release stressful emotional memories from your past. Throughout this retreat, you’ll chronologically write your life memories, revisiting experiences from childhood to the present.

Through this process, you will:

Understand your personal journey and the narratives that have shaped your life

Identify and release limiting beliefs and emotional blocks from your past.

Recognize recurring patterns and their impact on your present.

Process and heal past traumas or unresolved emotions.

Let go of what no longer serves you and create space for new beginnings

While the process involves deep and intimate personal exploration, This retreat process offers a supportive environment for you to have a space to share if you want to, and provide you with new insights, fresh perspectives, and accountability as you embark on your journey.

Ngorongoro Crater – A Lost World of Wonder

🦁 A UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s Seven Natural Wonders, the Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera—an ancient, self-contained ecosystem unlike anywhere else on Earth. Surrounded by steep, green walls and filled with grasslands, wetlands, forests, and lakes, it provides a year-round haven for an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including the iconic Big Five: lions, elephants, leopards, rhinos, and buffalo. The crater’s breathtaking scenery and rich biodiversity create a dreamlike atmosphere—a place where time seems suspended, and the raw beauty of nature awakens a deep sense of wonder and humility.

Arusha National Park – A Hidden Gem of Tanzania

🌿 Tucked at the base of majestic Mount Meru, Arusha National Park offers a striking blend of ecosystems—from misty rainforests and open savannas to sparkling crater lakes and volcanic landscapes. Though smaller and quieter than other parks, it bursts with life: giraffes stride across grassy plains, black-and-white colobus monkeys swing through forest canopies, and flocks of flamingos gather at the lakeshores. This peaceful, less-traveled reserve invites a slower pace of exploration, perfect for reflection, connection to nature, and easing gently into the rhythm of the retreat journey.

Tarangire National Park – Land of Giants

🌿 Tarangire is renowned for its massive herds of elephants, majestic ancient baobab trees, and rich wildlife diversity. Stretching across rolling savannahs and fed by the life-giving Tarangire River, the park becomes a sanctuary during the dry season, attracting elephants, zebras, giraffes, lions, and over 500 species of birds. The landscape is dotted with towering baobabs—some over a thousand years old—creating a surreal, almost sacred atmosphere. Known for its peaceful and less-crowded environment, Tarangire offers a deeply reflective experience, where the rhythm of nature invites quiet observation and inner stillness—making it a perfect complement to the retreat’s process of emotional release and personal renewal.

African Villages – Cultural Immersion

🏡 Experience authentic African village life and engage with local communities. You’ll meet the Maasai and other indigenous tribes, learn about their traditions, and gain new perspectives on simplicity, resilience, and connection.

What makes this retreat truly exceptional is its powerful blend of life-changing inner work and once-in-a-lifetime adventure. You’ll dive deep into your personal life story through a writing method, all while exploring Africa’s most breathtaking landscapes and wildlife on unforgettable safaris. It’s not just a retreat—it’s a complete reset of your heart, mind, and soul in one of the most inspiring places on Earth.

The 14-Day Stages of The Life Reset Process

The Life Reset retreat consists of 1 to 2 sessions per day over 14 days and is structured into 3 stages:

First stage, 9-12 days
Second stage, 3-4 days
Third stage, last day evening
Writing
This is the core stage of the process. During this period, you will dedicate up to 2 hours per day to writing your life memories using the special method you’ll learn in the first live session. On some days during the retreat, you can choose to write at your convenience or join our guided writing sessions. it usually takes around 10-12 hours to write your life in this method.
Processing
After completing the writing phase, you will move into the second phase, which involves processing what you’ve written using a specific method. This phase is divided into two sections: the first takes around 4–5 hours and can be completed over 2-3 days, and the second section is 2–3 hours of additional processing.
Closing Ceremony
The Life Reset retreat concludes with a closing ceremony held on the evening of the final day. This ceremony marks the completion of the Life Reset process.
  • During the process, sharing anything you’ve written is not mandatory.
  • The length of each stage varies based on several factors, including the amount of time spent each day, age, memory recall, and more, but that is the usual duration for most people.

What to Expect During the Retreat

Writing

Over the course of two weeks, you will participate in 14 writing sessions. Each day, you will write for 1–2 hours, either at the lodge or in the park during the safari. The writing will be done with pen and paper, not on any digital device.
